  Date and Time
 Saturday    August 7, 2010    8 AM Start
2011 Date To Be Announced

  Location
Harry A. Nottingham Park in Avon, Colorado

  Course

The race starts with a 400 meter swim in the beautiful Nottingham Lake.  Swimmers should be prepared for water temperatures around 65-68 degrees. Wetsuits are recommended, but not required.  The 15 km bike portion takes off from the park and circles through the Singletree neighborhood.  The hill through the neighborhood climbs 400' gently over about 1.7 miles.  So it could be called a moderate hill.  Look at it as a challenge, not a threat.
Hop off your bike and finish with a fast 5 km run or walk along the pristine Eagle River Path.  Finish while friends and family cheer at the Lake’s Pump-house in the park.
